RETURN POLICY: Items not fitting quite right? No worries! Simply return them within 5 days of receiving your order for merchandise credit.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT REQUIREMENTS:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
- "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return.
- Non-returnable items include sale products, formal dresses (Custom Cuts), bodysuits, bodysuit sets, masks, sets including a mask, and all accessories.
- We may refuse exchanges that don't meet our standards, including signs of wear or smoke.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
- Damaged merchandise? Contact us within 5 days with a photo attached for assistance.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our response within 24 hours.
- If approved, ship the item back with the provided address and tracking number.
