RETURN POLICY: Items not fitting quite right? No worries! Simply return them within 5 days of receiving your order for merchandise credit.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
  2. "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return.
  3. Non-returnable items include sale products, formal dresses (Custom Cuts), bodysuits, bodysuit sets, masks, sets including a mask, and all accessories.
  4. We may refuse exchanges that don't meet our standards, including signs of wear or smoke.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
  6. Damaged merchandise? Contact us within 5 days with a photo attached for assistance.

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our response within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, ship the item back with the provided address and tracking number.
